Designing from the Stone Out
Some designs are planned. This one simply happened. Emeralds the world has seen, and diamonds too; what it has not seen is these three shapes agreeing.
On the bench: a vibrant emerald shield, a sharp diamond triangle, and a luminous briolette, three seemingly unrelated stones, and three shapes with even less in common. Slowly, almost instinctively, they found their place together, the composition balanced by a fine diamond trim along the side, so the light finds you at every angle.
Set in cool platinum, the briolette hanging with movement in it, the necklace is never quite still; effortless, with an understated power.
Why "A Chance Encounter"?
Because that is what it was, three times over. Stone met stone, and nothing was ever taken apart again.

The Detail
A natural Colombian emerald of 3.45 carats with a shield cut diamond of 0.27 carats and a briolette diamond of 1.24 carats, in platinum; the GRS certificate travels with the piece. As wearable as it is remarkable: a piece to cherish now, and pass on later. Truly unique; there will not be another.
