Frequently Asked Questions
How is the size set?
Each band is sized to the wearer and made to fit. We measure in the studio, or we send a ring-sizing kit if a visit is not possible. One small adjustment in the first year is included.
What’s the difference between a wedding band and an eternity ring?
A wedding band is the daily piece, often plain or carrying a few stones. An eternity ring carries stones around the band, or a substantial portion of it. Some clients wear one; others wear both, layered with the engagement ring.
Can you match an existing piece?
Often, yes. Bring in the engagement ring, or a clear photograph and dimensions, and we shape the new band to sit cleanly alongside it. Contour cutting and matched metal are part of the studio’s craft.
How are pieces cared for over time?
Rings worn every day soften and settle in. We recommend an annual check, a gentle polish, and a stone-setting review where stones are present. Bring the piece back when it needs attention; the relationship continues past the day.
How long do bespoke creations take?
Once your design is signed off, it takes 6–8 weeks to make your ring - longer if the design is particularly intricate, quicker if it's simpler. If we can get it to you sooner, we will.
How much should I expect to spend?
Our bespoke service starts from £3,500. We'll talk through options that fit your vision and your budget - no pressure, just clarity.
